Believe That Ye Receive

With God all things are possible.
(Mark 10:27)

Wilma_Rudolph     On June 23, 1940, a 4-1/2 pound premature baby girl named Wilma Rudolph (1940-1994) was born in the small farming community of St. Bethlehem, Tennessee. At the age of four, little Wilma contracted polio and lost the use of her left leg. It looked like she would spend the rest of her life wearing leg braces. But at age 9, Wilma stunned her doctors and began walking without braces. Soon she began playing basketball and running track at school. At age 16, Wilma earned a spot on the 1956 U.S. Olympic Team and won a bronze medal in the 100 meter relay race. In 1960, Wilma again participated in the Olympics and won three gold medals in track. She said, "My doctors told me I would never walk again, but my mother told me I would -- I believed my mother."
Like Wilma's doctors, satan will tell you that you can't succeed; but Jesus said, "all things are possible to him that believeth"
(Mk 9:23). Therefore put your faith in God for He has promised, "what things soever ye desire when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them" (Mk 11:24).
