In 1942 Harry Coover, Jr (1917-2011) was working for the Eastman Kodak company seeking to create a clear plastic that could be used to make gun sights during WW2. In doing so, he accidentally created a super sticky substance. Noting it was not suitable for making gun sights, he set it aside and forgot about it. For many years no one understood its real value or purpose. In 1956 it was rediscovered by Coover's colleague, Fred Joyner (1922-2011). This time Coover realized its commercial purpose. In 1958 it was marketed as a fast bonding, high strength, super adhesive glue. It was originally called "Eastman 910" but was later rebranded as "Super Glue".
Perhaps you, like Coover's 1942 Super Glue formula, seem to have no purpose in life. If so, "be of good courage" (Ps 27:14) for "to everything and to everyone there is a… purpose (Ecc 3:1) and "to every purpose there is a time" (Ecc 8:6). Therefore "wait on the Lord and keep His way" (Ps 37:34). For like Super Glue, "God shall exalt you in due time" (1Pe 5:6).
